Site Management

Under the guidance of your project manager, our associate project managers will be managing the sites for your study.  This includes:

• Site identification
• Site selection
• Contracting
• Training
• Oversight of site performance throughout the study.  Site performance includes:
  • Assessing enrollment status
  • Interacting with monitors to assure that protocol compliance is occurring. 
  • Keeping metrics to track success or the need for any adjustments.
